Being able to walk into a fresh house. No more washing windows and mirrors full of nicotine. My sense of smell is amazing already. Hey Darcey<(i think) i sprayed cologne into my car vents....it seems to have helped.

Feeling great and proud that I haven't caved in the day before! And not having a nicotine hangover. Last night we were out with friends, we were sitting outside at our local restaurant. Normally, I would have smoked one after the other. Great company, great wine, great food. It was bloody hard, but we did it. And this morning I didn't have a mouth like an ashtray! My head is sort of clear. My hair doesn't smell. And that makes it worth it!
