The program offers a wealth of information and members are always ready and willing to provide great advice, encouragement and support.   Please review the program and read through the forums. Also review the tools and resources available to you. As you work through the program and the worksheets you will notice improvement. Hi all:
 
I tried this program about two years ago, after a really bad relationship break up. I also tried medication at the same time. After a few months I felt better, I gave up the meds and the program. Slowly, but surely, I fell back into a constant state of deppression. Let my finances go, housekeeping, personal contacts, and familly all got left by the wayside. I've been misarable for almost two years,  and practicly a hermit.
 
Long story short. I got a presciption for Wellbutrin this week, and I'm going to give this program a real try.
 
Would appriciate any input.
