Can I just say - a lady at our local stop smoking programme, suggested freezing grapes for times when you just want to nibble. They take longer than normal to chew, have an appealing texture for biting into and obviously, are very healthy snack :)
I now have a box permanently in the freezer and you can just grab a handful when the munchies strike. try them. Best thing is, my kids LOVE them -so they have a nice healthy snack now too.
