One of the ways I want to combat stress is to slow down, since the world will run me ragged, if I let it. I have trouble saying "no", so I want to join the spirit of a precious creature who faces extinction called the turtle, and pace myself.
There's a slow food movement so I I'd like to join "slow down and smell the roses alongside the turtles" movement this week, maybe it will stick?
