I wonder if others out there wish to share their plans, etc from their appointments with their coach/guru/etc on this thread?
What I'm going to discuss is that I'm using a simple wall calendar to list projects by steps, and finding it successful. Although social interactions are central, I discuss other areas, like caregiving, and things I've been successful or failed at.
I wish to continue progressive relaxation, and sporadically do core belief work. Plans are to do Tai Chi, but I'm concerned that I can't remember the steps, like dance, but it could be performance fear.
