Congrats, Silver. You don't need no stinkin' nicotine gum. Keep up the great work.
Really, it's inspiring to see everyone's positive numbers. To me at least, maybe not Phillip Morris.
Congratulations Silver!!!!
That certainly is an amazing milestone! Keep it up, you are obviously doing something right in your quit.

Hey Silver: Congratulations! Your accomplishment in stopping is really great! You have been a big help to me in your posts when I was really trying (which is still everyday). I too am about one month behind you in my quit. This really has been the long and winding road and I hope it leads us all to success.
I can't convince myself to get off the nicorettes and zyban yet, because I am so afraid of failure. Keep us posted as to how getting off the nicorettes has affected you. Again, Congratulations! Keep it up! Ruthann

Silver: Yes, I have posted quite a few times. I am the Grandmom who smoked for 53 years and I thought because of that long habit I would never make it. You gave me good advice several times because you also used nicorettes and previously smoked for a long time. The mornings are bad for me and at night when I watch TV I have to chew the nicorettes. I also put on 10 pounds and this upsets me because I lost 25 pounds early last year when my husband passed away and I took it so badly. I bought new clothes and now they are getting small. Guess spending money on more clothes is still better than spending it on cigarettes. Again, congratulations on 4 months and today is my 90 day anniversary which is a huge accomplishment for me who smoked for all those years. Hang in there and I will too.....Sincerely,Ruthann
