HI NAscar,
How are you today? I am 3 days into my quit.
For me, i do experience craving in the mental aspect...lots of voices doing the junkie talking, and the uneasiness i felt when the regular habits of lighting is no longer available. I was kind of lost in my Day 1. Into my Day 3, but the voices are still there... what i have done so far is to accept the thoughts to be there since i cant help it, but do not respond to it physically. (e.g. The voices tells me to drive to Wal-mart to get a pack, I heard it, but I simply refuse to open the door, pick up my car key, or even refuse to leave my couch) And after 10 mins, the idea will subside.
Ha ha, I know what you mean about your office stink. I suspect that our sense of smell gets better when we quit...now, i can smell many scents (fragant or bad) in my house which i never knew existed.
All the best. and keep in touch. We are May quitters.
