It was tough. I even went out and bought a pack of cigarettes on Friday. I got home and decided to wash my kitchen floor before having the cigarette. Then I decided to visit my mom, then I decided to have lunch. After lunch I decided I could have a short nap. I woke up 1 1/2 hours later and it was time to pick up my son at school. Before I knew it, the day had passed and I did not have that cigarette. I still have the pack, unopenned. Should I keep it or throw it out?

Here's a Blue Ribbon for you H. You made a good choice not to smoke. I agree with the soak them and destroy them. Or as Butterfly Swimmer likes to say make a list of 20 things that made you stop smoking and take them out 1 at a time after reading each reason and destroy them or imagine disemboweling or decapitating Nicodemon.

The last quit attempt I had i went digging in the garbage for the pack i threw out, I thought I had broken each cigarette but I had one in the pack and i smoked it!!!! Not good. remind yourself it won't taste any good! The fantasies better than the reality!!!
