Congratulations, Duffis, both on your anniversary and for your wife's decision to quit. I remember from past posts that her health issues are of great concern to you. With you being "head cheerleader", I am sure that she will be successful this time. I feel people with smoking spouses deserve special kudos. I could NEVER do it.
Again, I want to thank you for your eloquent and very moving apology. Given your history, I knew immediately that that post was completely out of character and you were just having an "off" day.
Moving on.....my back is fine today and I'm going back to the gym. It's alot like the quit. Agony at first but with an excellent outcome a few months down the road. There are rewards in being healthy that are totally unexpected and just feel so dam good...breathing, being strong and fit.
Life is good and very good.
NOPE,
Janet :)
