I kept my 'reasons' to quit right where would keep my cigarettes. So when not thinking and reach to my shirt pocket to grab one I was instantly reminded of the reasons why they wern't there anymore. ;)

A good one....and I see that when I read it at day 4 in my quit I was feeling like crying. Don't remember that....maybe it's like childbirth..after a while the pain fades away and we're left with the beautiful result of all that hard work.
Has anyone else noticed that since the recent technical changes that when posts get bumped the original posts often are cut off, not complete? I always feel badly, because I know I am missing something important.
