Seriously, I was so scared to quit. Looking back it seems somewhat silly, but at the time it was very real. As I've said before, for some of us just 'getting quit' is one of the biggest hurdles. The longest I lasted in previous quit attempts was 16 hours. That's pathetic. And it made me believe I was too weak and frightened to
go without a cigarette EVER. Nothing was further from the truth though.
AND get this....
It was just the opposite for my friend Mc. She found it easy to quit but difficult to not slip on weekends.
AND get this.... *grin*
This month we are both celebrating our one year quit anniversaries. :)
So see new members, it can be done by everyone no matter who you are.
Just stay strong and remember N.O.P.E like me, Mc, bg and all the others.
