#25: You go to the linen closet to find your neck brace and put it on so your head stays upright because the muscles are so tired from reading these wonderful posts.

Mc,
I just remembered something after reading your post......quick story. One of my sisters is a housekeeper/caregiver for an 86 year-old man. One day when she first started working for him, she asked him what his secret for longevity was. He replied: "It's simple......everything in moderation."
He went on to explain that he has ONE egg with ONE strip of bacon every morning. Every afternoon, he took a ONE mile walk, then came home and enjoyed ONE martini, etc. The only thing he never did was smoke. And his biggest reason for longevity?? ONE wife!!
He is almost 92...............
