Hi All,
I've never came to this Forum, always stayed on the Intro one. Other than a few Nic gums, it's cold turkey for me. It's been a rough 7 days... lol
Other than 1/2 of a smoke last week, I've kept the quit. I'm hoping pretty soon these hot flashes leave. And I'll worry about the weight later on down the road.
Good luck on a name. ;)

Hi everyone,
I too am a March quitter, was originally going to quit 4/1/06 but decided that I should just go for it and quit now. This is my 2nd day at it has already been a trial of my strength but I am still going strong. I keep reminding myself that I don't want this anymore no matter how much I think I do. I am going Cold Turkey. Nothing but my will power, suckers, and water. The water really seems to work for me, why I don't really know but I will do whatever works. Good luck to everyone!!! We will do GREAT!!!!!

Hi Everyone!!!
So far today I am doing pretty good. Not many cravings so thats a good thing. I have been drinking LOTS of water and trying to be good to myself. Trying not to munch too much.
Smogfree Shamrocks works for me.
Good Luck everyone. Keep it up. We can do this.

Hi all,
I'm a March quitter too (3/14) and it's great that Angelic thought to set up this forum. So far, it could have been worse for me, but it's the long=term that scares me. We all need support!

For me it's now day 5 so I've got my sights on a week. Amazingly, no cheating -- always my downfall in the past. Keep at you, you March quitters (what are we calling ourselves anyway?)!!!!

AT day 6 today. I'm not getting overwhelming cravings, but just a general blah. Tired, too. Yes, I really would like to go buy some cigs but I'm not going to... at least not today. One day at a time, right.
All of your march quitters, keep it up. We can do this!!!!

Okay, we need ideas for a name!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm not good at the names thing, but I can offer an idea??? Since we all quit in March, and there is a significant day in March, Why not name our group some thing irish? I dont know of any, but I'm sure someone can think up a great word in Irish........

I'm here too! 3/05 was my quit date! I am doing good. Yeah for me! But it does scare me that I am doing good. Still waiting around for a crash of life to hit me for the test. However, I have no intention or desire to ever pick up a cig. Saw some nasty pictures......... Never will smoke again!!!!!!!
