I don't think I explained myself well...
I've known for a long time about the 100-day hurdle, but I didn't think, since I'd only had 7 cigarettes, that I'd experience it, since it's not like I had been actively smoking before that time. I quit June 17, 2005, but have had 3 relatively minor slips in that time and have been smoke free for 228 of the last 231 days. Therefore, I just don't understand why I'm going through this hurdle, since I've basically been smoke-free for over 7 months. Anyone have any ideas? I'm not going to smoke... that's not the problem. Does that make more sense?
Crave the Quit!
