It is hard, probably one of the hardest things you'll ever do. If it was easy, then there'd be no Nicorette, no Commit, no patches, no SSC, and all the tobacco companies would be out of business, or at least hurting really bad. :eg:
Hang in there, QuitOrDie. It does get better. Make sure you reward yourself. Rewards are very important to the quit. You won a battle, you deserve a reward.
