Cold Turkey Rosie and lovin' it! This is the 1st time in 36 years that I have seriously tried to quit and it seems to be working fine. Like so many of U have said....." have a plan, " and that is what I have been doing since day one. I am dieting, and exercising, trying my best to avoid stressful situations ( shop at odd hours, watch funny movies , take long hot baths [ also, great for decongesting!] and N.O.P.E. I have lost 3 pounds so far and am getting a reputation in the neighborhood as the " crazy redheaded Grannie from next door." Whatever it takes. God Bless U all for all of your support. Cheers
