Cuddles,
Trust yourself. You made a very wise decision to quit smoking. In fact, you've made this decision several times and each time, it was the best decision you could have made. You KNOW that smoking kills. You KNOW that if you smoke, you will feel bad about it. You KNOW that if you smoke, you will quit again. Do you really want to do those 30 days over again? Of course not! So don't!
As ex-smokers, we have to find new ways of dealing with our stress. It's hard, but it's something we have to do in order to move on. You've got the determination. You've got the strength. Find these things inside of yourself and rise above the beast!!! As Winston Churchill said, "If you're going through hell, keep going!" Have faith that things will get better and they will.
Crave the Quit!
