As always, you are very thoughtful - thanks. Fuller is making some progress. We're in the 8th week since the accident. He will be coming to a neuro unit closer to home within the next couple or few weeks. He is able to walk a bit on his own and he has more recognition of people these day. The aphasia is still there which affects his ability to communicate in much detail, though there is some improvement. I haven't seen him in over 3 weeks now and get reports from his brother and dad. He gets angry, I imagine due to the fact that he realizes to some extent what he's going through and he's somewhat proud and doesn't want anyone to see him in this state. There are definitely good things going on - just a long haul ahead. Thank you again for your thoughts. The very fact that you haven't mentioned not smoking at a difficult time is testimony to how far you have come in your quit.
