Early weekend promise... early Memorial Day... you Canadians do everything early! :p Better early than never! ;p
I will be spending this weekend in cold (50 something degree water) during lifeguard training... but one thing I won't be doing is smoking!
Smoke free in Missouri!
Crave the Quit!

I know I dont get here much these days but on this our long week end I wanted to start the promise so I have started it a tad early. Last year I was struggling with my new quit, this year I am smoke free and loving every minute of it.
Hang in there all you new quitters, it can be done and it is WORTH it! I have never been as proud of my accomplishments as I am this quitting. I have opened up a whole new life for myself due to my quit and so can you!
I promise not to smoke here in beautiful Canada this wonderful memorial day weekend.
