Dear Butterfly,
You are hurting so badly right now, I can almost feel it! This can happen to anyone, and at any stage of a quit. I'm so glad you made that promise and I hope and pray you will be helped by the responses here.
I suspect you will also struggle through this stage....for this is what it is.....and grow and learn from it! To have reached 160 days quit has taken strength of purpose, mind and spirit. You simply have to deny the Nicodemon yet again. I know it sounds so simple and yet is so difficult, but you have done it before and can do it again.
Right now you are allowing the Nicodemon the privilege of entering your mind. He does not deserve this honour, as you are so much better than that. Deny him that and you will beat him.
I think you wrote the post because you know all this and just need some support right now. We all did at some time....yours is now....stay strong and fight for your life!!!
((((HUGS)))) Lolly. :)
