Hi, fish.
I know you don't feel it right now, but I must say I'm truly impressed with you. Maintaining an early quit through a breakup is, IMO, an incredible accomplishment.
One thing I noticed is your quit time, 100 days. Could be you're having your 100-day crisis. It's main characteristic is depression. That plus having achieve your immediate goal could be what's bringing you down.
Hate to say it, man, but it sounds like she's moving on. Maybe it's time you do, too. I do agree with you on the point that you're working to be a better you. It may have been just a retort, but it's also true. For that you should feel proud.
Hang in there, fish. Time heals if you give it a chance.
