We're out here, Lady - you're not alone. (I know the feeling, though)

Take care, Lady
Hi Lady,
Gosh, isn't everyone here the best!?! I really think it is the moon phase. A lot of things seem out of wack lately for folks. Jobs, family, groups...etc. The great thing is that we can come to this site and ask for interference (sp?). Thanks for reminding us where we can come.
Joonie

I must have just missed you Lady. (I was in here earlier.)
You know what? That deck is still yours. It would be okay to ask dad to take a walk once in a while in order for you to go out there and have some 'outdoor time'. You are always giving others what they need. Why are you not asking for what you need? I think it's great that you can come here and feel better but you need other places you can go too (and if you like the deck-well then, politely take it girl! ;) That is NOT asking/demanding too much)
Sweet dreams

Just feeling really icky! Don't know what is wrong with me.
Coben... Promise me has just moved up the list to being next. Still working on No Second Chance. I guess I'm still a little burnt from all the class reading I've done.
N2K... I'd like to take the deck back. Just seems kind of ex-smokerish... don't smoke here, don't smoke there... Hell, just don't smoke!
Alley... C+ is a heck of a lot better than a F. Sounds like you need another date night. Maybe one at home with a candle light dinner. Oh wait... I forgot.. I don't have relationship advice lol
Just venting folks. Time to get back to work.

Hi Fish and Coben. Thanks for keeping me company. NOPE - No smoking here. Not even thinking about it. It feels good to be smoke free.
I still miss sitting on my deck and chillin though. Tonight would be a perfect night for it too. Mid 70's, nice breeze outside...
OH well. Dad's smoking out there so I think I'll just pass. Would be nice though.

Coben,
I tend to bounce back and forth. Sometimes the smell is good and it makes me crave really, really bad and other times I can't stand it. I really wish I wasn't around it at all but we can't make choices for others nor can we quit for anyone other than ourselves. One thing I cannot stand is when Dad gets in my car after he has been smoking. Ah that smell is the worse! I can't believe I use to smell like that.
Nascar,
Everyones quit is different. Congratulations on making it through 2 days. That is awesome! Keep your possitive attitude and no one will yank the rug out from under you. If you find yourself losing control just post and we will come to your aid. This is an awesome suport group and they can help you through just about anything.
