Well, at least you know now that they taste like crap and that you don't want to do it again! Good. Now, back to the quit. Make a plan RIGHT NOW for what you will do when, and not if, this happens again. I suggest in your plan you put coming here, posting and waiting for 10 responses before making the decision to smoke. Put some other things down that you will do when you get stressed so you don't smoke. With a 4 year old, you're bound to get stressed and tempted to smoke again, so be prepared.
