I'm here! Still doin' it! Every time I think I have it licked, I have a day where it just feels like smoking would make the day so much easier. JUNKIE! I tell myself. STOP! I tell myself. After a long hard day like today, I have a choice. I can smoke, which would destroy my lungs, my self-esteem and my new good smell, or I can find a way to relax and really reward myself for all my hard work, instead of hunkering down and sucking in carcinogens allowing myself to mope about.
onward and upward!
sorry. I just ramble on in many of my posts. I hope no one minds.
