In the first few days of my quit during the hardest part, the constant cravings, panic attacks etc etc... i came here for help and guidance, just someone to listen to me, offer me advice and help me get through. All of you were here, patiently waiting to reach out a helping hand, words of encouragement and advice. I never had to wait very long for someone to answer my plea. The mediators provided me with peace of mind and comfort. My emotions were raw and often jumbled jumping from one extreme to another, by reading the posts in here i realized it was just part and parcel of this terrible addiction.
I will succeed :)
Thanks to you all
Celeste :)
