So you quit a few times before and it never permenantly stuck. Over and done with. You're here, you're quit again, let's make this one the last one. (you really don't like doing this, do you? :p)
I like the way you started it, in front of your coworkers to hold yourself accountable. That was a great step.
Stay close, read much, post often. Learn all you can about quitting (there have been great strides made in the last few years). Let us know how you're doing and if we can help.
