You all played an integral role in my success. I've made it one year, and only visit ever so often simply because I moved on. We're all different, and I thought that the best for me, was to be heavily involved at first (on SSC), and then to taper off and totally remove myself from thinking about anything to do with smoking.
Now there is no chance of going back and I don't even think about smoking any longer. And I smoked for 15 years, so it was the real deal. So I will try to visit more often now.
I thank you all for helping me get back to a real life. No longer do I worry about what I am doing to my health when I smoke. No longer do I smell like smoke, or have to carry cologne around, or wonder if my kids will think it is OK to smoke.
I am free, and I can breathe again.
