So I pull into a parking space at Sam's club tonight, get out of the car, looked down and there was an empty cigarette pack there. Normally, i would have picked it up and took it to the trash with me when i went in, but being that i just quit... i didn't wanna be touching anything to do with cigarettes.
So, I took the baby in the store and we did our shopping... took a couple of hours. It was a harsh shopping trip. The baby is teething, and i suspect that he may be going through a little bit of withdrawals himself, and so he was really being challenging. The guy when I checked out was rude because the store was closing and he was in a hurry (he was young and it was Friday night).
We got out of the store, I loaded up the car, and went to get in... Cigarette pack was still there right by the drivers door of my car! I looked at it long and hard for a moment, and then went to kick it away. GUESS WHAT! It was a full pack! No kidding.
It's like the Universe is throwing cigarettes at me now that I quit.
Guess what I did? If you've seen me post, you probably know that i'm bitter and have been really short and angry and have had a rotten attitude about quitting a 3 pack a day habit that i've had for 21 years. I supose it does no good to try and have suspense in this post because I probably wouldn't be in here talking so excitedly about this if I had smoked them. LOL

I stomped them. *Nods* Then I kicked them under my tire and I ran them over.
I feel better.
