Just remember to never light up again and you're done with it!! I really need to hear that someday (and know that it will vary with all of us) that when a frightening, or tense or even tragic event happens, that one day, some day, I will not think of smoking as am automatic coping mechanism. What a scary story! Glad to hear she's OK. Isn't it great, even in times of hardship, that we can think "WOW! I didn't even want to smoke!"
