The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Fourteen months ago today I began the journey of a life time. I haven't been around as much lately and don't know a lot of the new people.
I just wanted to say that:
No matter how hard you think quitting may be
No matter how many tears you cry
No matter how many apologies you have to make for unrudely eposides that come your way,
Quitting is worth every single miserable moment. Let me say that again. Quitting is worth Every Single miserable moment!
Fourteen months ago, I thought quitting may be possible for some but not for me. Today, I am quit and I am no longer a slave to the cigarette. A lot of people talk about the freedom. Believe everything they say. Words cannot describe how wonderful it feels to be free of the chains that held me for so many years.
Quitting is a soul searching, life changing experience. :)
