Dear Non- Smoking Buddies,
Loved this post, it's so nice to see that no matter where we come from, our goal is the same...to stay smoke free and help each other along. I am on Day 17 here in sunny (east coast) south Florida. It is about 92 degrees at 5 PM. I guess you can see we haven't started the Fall season yet, sometimes we don't at all. The only thing I worry about is keeping my quit during a hurricane! We call this area hurricane alley because we were directly hit 2 years ago, 3 weeks apart... by two Category 3 storms.....Frances and Jeannne. It's been a quiet season so far but we have 2 months to get through still. Hopefully, it will stay that way. Best wishes to all. Maria
