OK, I just re-read my post and that sounded really bad. I don't mean to rub it in. I don't! I know how bad you must feel right now and I don't want to make you feel worse, but I DO want to see you stay quit! You've done the hard part! You made it past all of the really tough times of the quit ( a couple times) and you KNOW that one puff leads to more and more and more. I KNOW that you've got it in you to stay quit Cuddles! I know you do! You've got the desire and you even have the dedication... there's no WAY that you could make it 90 days once and then over 100 days another time and not have the perseverance and dedication that it takes to quit! I know you do! And, you have the knowledge! You KNOW what happens when we smoke, even one. Again, I don't mean to lecture you and I REALLY am not trying to make you feel worse about the situation, but I just really want to know what happened so I can know what I can do to help you overcome this addiction! I know that you are a strong person! I know that you've got what it takes to beat this! So what's happening? How can we help? Do you have the SSC IM. If so, let's talk. I'd like to give you my email address and IM addresses so we can chat more. OK?
Crave the Quit!
