Ericon,
I noticed all those "Think" cigarettes are some of the easiest to get passed, at least for me. First day or two I just either took a walk, found something quick to do, or popped a mouth full of sunflower seeds in my mouth. Boredem cigarettes are harder for me then the thinkers...
Diffently get a plan for those times! Sounds like your on the right track.
Joel

I'm just about to start day number 8! Plenty of "I want a smoke" but not an ounce of giving in.

I'm here and I feel aweful. At least the sweating doesn't happen as much. I'm really hating the world lately though.

... Minus the water and the nice cool breaze that comes off the water. LOL
My oldest son has started hanging around a guy that smokes. :/ He's a good boy (My son) and i trust him, but I also shared with him the urges i had to smoke before I ever had even had one, and I told him that he's probably going through a little bit of withdrawals too because he's not living in it anymore which would make him succeptable, and I got him to promise that if he has any urge to try it, that he'll at least wait and talk to me first.

:)
I am so happy to be a part of this group. I made it thru Hell Week and then today I had some really bad cravings. I was surprised because not smoking was feeling so good. Nicotine is a tricky drug for sure.
I am so glad to have you ALL here for strength!
Thankyou, Pokey (Dee)
