Not terrible difficult. I would call in pretty tempting though. Preparation, cutting way back some two weeks before quit day, use of the patch, fortitude, attitude, self talk and other trigger fighters made it possible. I did not have the support of this site when I quit as I did not know of its existence. All in all, place the proper trigger fighting tools in your tool box, and you will have it your way. The way you perceive your quit is the way you are going to feel about it. Just stay positive, use distraction and the job gets done. Then you can move on to your next �divide and conquer� situation.
