Lynne,
You can be wise at 16 days(you) or foolish at 270 (me). I'm sure somebody will take up your kind offer. Keep watching here!
Mr Ed :)

Hi Theresa - WOO HOO on your 7 days!!!!! Congrats!.
BUMP means, this is an old post and is "off the board" and we bump it (reply to it after we have searched for it) to bring it back on to the top of the discussion board.

Bump for all the new quitters today.
Time doesn't allow for me to be here as much as I want to, but there are lots of others that may want to join to Mentor the new people.
Welcome New People!!!

I'm not using any NRTs or other meds. I'm just feeling more of a craving now than I did three weeks ago... increased work stress with the holidays coming. I have actually found myself going to my purse to get one out!
Danielle, I wasn't clear...I don't have any cigarettes in my purse (if I did I would have smoked them before now!) it was the habitual behavior from before I quit that I was noting. You are absolutely correct...there is no way to stop smoking unless you first throw them away! A couple of postings from my new discussion today have been very helpful and I feel much better now than I did two hours ago. I'm pretty confident that this time tomorrow I will still be smoke free thanks to support from this site. Thanks for being there...
Dorothy
Deli just saying that I can be a pain in the butt sometimes. Tend to drive even the most brave and well intentioned souls crazy.
Thanks I'll be looking for you or anyone else when the time arrises.
