Mine would be tough to figure because I quit so many times and fluctuated so much with how much I smoked. I started at a pack a week and kept that up for about 4 months until I quit altogether for about 5 months, then I went up to 15 cigarettes a day for about 10 months and then quit for about 4 months and then started smoking a pack a week or so for about a year and a half. Then, I suddenly got addicted and couldn't be a social smoker anymore, and I started smoking about a pack a day or more for the next 8 years, but quit about 30 times in there for periods of about a month or so each time. So, mine would be pretty much impossible to figure out. But, I like the concept. :)
Crave the Quit!
