We sometimes have to face the pain. We can't run anymore. Growing hurts sometimes but the pain teaches a lesson. It's our responsibility to heed the lesson and not make the same mistakes over and over.
Take good care of yourself, Niks. Be gentle and loving to Niks. And make sure you reward yourself - you deserve it, this isn't easy.
