Glad you tore them up Niks. Isn't finding cigarettes somewhere creapy? I found a pack when I was cleaning out a drawer and I yelled for my dad and said "Take these from me quick!" I was months into my quit at the time. You did really good. I still had to have someone take them from me. Quickly!!!!!!
Congratulations on your 13 days! You are doing AWESOME!

Deep breaths Niks....
I have a 19 year old daughter so I can REALLY relate here. Like the craves, it will pass. Keep your positive attitude. Go to a movie, go for a walk, find something that takes your mind off of things for a while. You deserve the break!
Yell if you need us!

Niks, That was definitely turning a corner! Stomp those nasty death sticks! If you are short on cash, use small rewards. You can think of anything as a reward; a hot bath, doing your nails, a favorite food for dinner, lying on the sofa for 20 minutes and just breathing. You get the idea. Make all the little pleasantries a reward for not using nicotine. You are doing great.
