Hello Everyone,
Well one more day left before July ends. I came across a pack of cig's this morning and they just looked at me and I them of course they were talking ... :eg: and i just kindly turned my head saying .. Cigarettes are no longer and option... I no longer smoke nor do I wish or want to smoke... although the crave was still there but i look at it like this .. I got the Power .. I Have The Control and I will keep it..
keep up the good work everyone

Oh and another thing My sister maybe coming to live with me..her story is she was suppose to quit smoking some time ago ..a couple of years ago because her larnex is a mess and the cigs affected her vocal cords and talking very much ... she did quit and started back once again.
I told her she is welcome to come live with me and if she wish to continue to smoke ..she must do it outside and not in the apt nor car when riding (she dont' drive) she said fine.
She needs to quit and she usually does it realitivly easier than many I have seen, so maybe she will quit again being with me and this time make it stick. she don't know how to use a computer but i will introduce her to this site and let her peck away.. i think she will like it her very much.

Thank you Auntie,
I feel wonderful and great and so Blessed... because it is so easy to just pick up one and do whatever but it Mind over Matter as far as i'm concern and even though the urge is still there it comes and goes and so do a lot of things in life but Nicodemons is a dangerous and unhealthy matter and I am going to remain smoke free and remain strong..
More Power to the Quitters...^5 (high five) *smack*
