You can help get your intestines moving with physical activity. Avoiding foods that naturally produce more gas is also a good idea. Ex: beans, eggs, spicy foods, carbonated drinks, chewing gum.
You can also consult your doctor, pharmacist or naturopath for other alternatives to this problem.

Just my 2 cents, I tried quitting with those lozenges/ That was a very gassy experience. If you are using that as your NRT, replace it with the patch- much less gas- I am telling you.

You can go on the net and find a list of foods to avoid. Some of this due to quitting, will not be avoided, unfortunately it's part of the quit for some reason. Our body has to kick up a fuss !!! Notice I didn't say, make a big stink! Seriously, walking will help, lots of water and watch what you eat.
