I did 45 min of swimming today for like the first time for that long ever. It was okay except the 50 times water went up my nose because I swim like Bush runs the U.S. ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh .... did I just type that????
The last 15 min of swimming got easier though, I figure the more I do it, the better I will get. I want to do cardio 3 times a week but not just treadmill so I am switching it up :)
