jlh53179, Hi and welcome, oh yeah the dreaded blues, I quit on the patch and everytime I went down on it, I went through this depression, crying for hours uncontrollably, picking fights with hubby. I stayed away from the phone in fear of yelling to whoever was calling. So this is all behing me except for occasional blues that I can handle, this is all part of the quit, we have to get those dopamine levels up again, so reward yourself, take time for yourself, little rewards daily, weekly and a bigger reward monthly, this is very important, you must protect your quit at all times.
