Hello Sparky, I quit smokeing on this website, March 10th 2003, and a cigerette still hasn't touched my lips, And You say that You've quit and started back up several times, Well Friend, I have only one bit of advice for You, When You convince Yourself You want to quit, You have to replace those daily cigerettes with something else, Myself, I got addicted to excerciseing every day, I would do like 30 sit-ups every morning here in my computer room, and then I would walk a fast mile down the road, and come back, which was 2 miles, I quit smoking at 65 years of age, pack and a half aday, I have also lost 32 pounds in the last 9 months, just by walking and eating healthy foods, and excercising, Friend, I wouldn't trade places with no one right now in my journey, For I have this Positive Attitude, which is like no other, You can't no way make me go back to that addiction, for that is in the past, and this is the future,
But like a lot of them on here, You have to Grit Your teeth, and get the Eye of the Tiger, For Nobody can do this for You, We can be in Your corner and encourage You, But You got to want to do this quit Yourself, I'm retired from this Smokeing Center now, But I still like to tell it like it is every so often, No, not Everyone's quit is the same, for We are All different in various ways, Good luck to You, Smokless in Oklahoma :)
