Hi PO! I have to agree that there seems to be some correlation between attitude, positive thinking, and determination. I do not think anyone can quit unless their desire to quit is stronger than their desire to smoke. I keep holding on to the fact that when I smoked all I wanted to do is quit, and now I HAVE, so I don't want to go back to wanting to quit ever again, so I'm keeping quit. And that makes it pretty easy over all. And I think we should wait for the other shoe to drop, because you never know what life is going to toss at us, and it's still one day at a time! Welcome to the pursuit of freedom!
