Huh! Since not wearing that 21 mg patch I'm feeling a lot better now :)
Also, I've suffered from acid reflux disease for about 5-6 yrs off and on so also as a pre caution (spoke with pharmacist about this)..I took one of my Rx med's ! So whether it's the patch at 21 mg or the acid reflux -- bottom line .. feeling much better. Still going to take it easy though.. And hoping that I can remain on the 14 mg patch.

I don't know if I'm fighting a flu bug (which btw is going around), or if my acid reflux is back OR if it's the 21 mg patch that I've been using for 6 days?!?!
So now it's time to figure out this puzzle. Been doing a lot of reading over the last several days about the nausea associated with the 21 mg patch... so that's the 1st to go. As of today I'm stepping down to the 14 mg. I am feeling better than I felt two days ago but still getting waves of that sick feeling.
Can't be feeling ill.. too many things to do and have to take care of me on a mental level. Don't quite know that it is when I feel ill.. always seem to really want to smoke. Why the hell would I want to smoke when I'm sick? Nerves? *shrugging shoulders* Who know's..
Anyway I'm feeling o.k. with the idea of stepping down. Just going to go with the flow of the 14 mg and I can leave it on at night when I sleep, because in my 1st quit it never did bother my sleep patterns.
Stay strong and keep smiling..

Thanks Josie.. I'll keep an eye out for what's ailing me.
Usually if I start to eliminate things I can figure out what's going on.
Take care sweetie..
