just get up and go for a walk. Even a short one to remove you from the situation that started the crave.
Concentrate on your breathing as you walk. I have done this twice already this morning and it worked well. :)

Hi all,
I chew on a straw (as opposed to sucking on it). I have two glasses of wine. Sometimes I get in my bed with the remote and watch a little tv. i get in my bed and read a novel...oprah's book list, I like. I give myself a pedicure..if I have exta energy. I write on scc. But, most of all, I remember the importance of NOPE.
