Hi Sparky,
I too quit on 11/7, so I'm right there with you. Great to hear your thoughts, because we are all thinking and struggling with the same issues. This is my 5th time trying to quit (1st time with the help of this web site), and it's not always easy...remember your reasons for quitting and the things you like about being quit. That helps me through some of the cravings. I focus hard on that and remind myself of the reasons I am quitting. I don't want to die of lung cancer, I want to be like the old lady in titantic...die a very old lady, warm in a bed somewhere....although I would have not thrown the heart necklace in the ocean... ;), but you get the drift. We are in charge of ourselves, not the cig's.
