Oh my goodness.. Thank you all so very much for your love and support.
I got home quite late last evening. The funeral and service were very short and I stayed afterwards until everyone had left my dad's wife's home.
I am totally exhausted on every level. I truly believe in what Phil said in another post ..'Those that die don't go away they walk beside us every day'
So here I am at home now and my dad will be forever be beside me, watching over me. He went through hell and now he is with the angels.
It's now time to get lots of rest and take care of myself and move forward. Kinda got stuck in time for so many days there. I so miss my dad - there will be a huge void in my life.
