To all of you who have just posted your messages ---
I have had the hardest 3 1/2 days of my quit yet, mainly because all of these days have been back to back.. But, after reading all of your posts I am sitting here in a pool of my own tears -- tears of joy! It's as though you have all surrounded me, hugging me, supporting me..caring about me. (knowing that these posts are for everyone.. it "feels" like all of your kind and caring words were just for me..)
Thank you EVER so much.. I am gonna make it.. can't stop crying...
I would never have gotten this far without you..and you.. and you..!

RM - I do a lot of visualizations, have been doing them for many years and they have helped me through the toughest of times.. I take your hand and we walk slowly towards a better tomorrow. I keep telling myself to take one moment at a time, one step at a time and when evening falls I tell myself that tomorrow will be better.
Hugs to you.. my new found friend.
Off to take a long hot shower, settle in and watch a happy movie..(unsure which one..but I'll go through my collection).. then off to sleep... my mind will be filled with all of the incredible support that I have received on this thread and the other thread I posted 3 days ago under "Coping with withdrawal Symptoms".
Good night.. and many more thanks.

Thanks for sharing your wisdom, Phillip. Very much appreciated!
One of my favorite mantras in the last 3 months of quitting is: "No matter what, I WON'T smoke"! :)
Cheers,
