Wow. I don't know of a worthy response. I actualy did know, somewhat, about your struggle (and please be advised you are included in all of my prayers) :) And I am impressed with 42 days. I have seen you here since I joined SSC in May 2006. I, too, have struggled with this horrid addiction. I quit after a diagnosis with COPD. I have never had to use O-2 and while I have an inhaler, I have never used it either. Now, on Friday, I go for a biopsy on a lesion in my mouth. I knew it was there for several months, but never did anything about it. I WAS a smoker---but I NEVER dipped or chewed, and that's where mouth cancer comes from doesn't it?
